RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview We want you to love your BlastClock. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully — by placing an order you agree to the terms below. This policy applies to all orders regardless of country of residence, subject only to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable local law.

2. 30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and meet all conditions listed below. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Return Conditions & Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unused, unmodified, and undamaged,
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories (blaster, USB cable), and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

All refunds require the physical return of the complete product to our warehouse. No refund will be issued until the item has been received, inspected, and approved. Returns that do not meet every condition listed above will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. BlastClock does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must use a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. The cost of the original outbound shipping is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Items that are lost during return transit will not be eligible for a refund.

5. No Exceptions Policy We do not make exceptions to this policy. This applies to all orders, all customers, and all circumstances outside of what is expressly stated in this policy or required by mandatory applicable law. The following situations are not grounds for a refund or exception:

  • Change of mind after purchase,
  • Product not meeting subjective expectations,
  • Gifting errors or purchasing mistakes,
  • Delayed delivery within our stated shipping windows,
  • Failure to read the product description, FAQ, or shipping policy before purchasing.

6. How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at infoblastclock@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. If your return is authorized, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

7. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approval is at our discretion based on the condition of the returned item. If approved, we will refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at infoblastclock@gmail.com.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition,
  • Items returned without prior authorization,
  • Items lost in return transit,
  • Orders where the 30-day window has passed.

8. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infoblastclock@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

9. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances: sale items, discounted items, and gift cards.

10. Exchanges Exchanges are not offered directly. To exchange a product, you must return the original item following this policy and place a new separate order.

11. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your item under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days. The product must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been used, damaged, or returned incomplete.

12. Undeliverable Packages It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including a valid phone number where required by the carrier. If a carrier marks a shipment as undeliverable due to incorrect or missing information provided by the customer, you will not be eligible for a refund or free reshipment. Any costs associated with return shipping, reshipment, or restocking will be the customer's responsibility.

13. Dispute Resolution You must contact our support team at infoblastclock@gmail.com before opening any dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback where this policy has been violated or where a return has not been completed in accordance with these terms. Opening a fraudulent chargeback on an order that does not qualify for a refund under this policy may result in the claim being disputed with full documentation.

14. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from a product sold is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. We make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by law.

This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
